Nursery Manager
Time Commitment: Part-Time Salaried. Approximately 10-15 hours a month, plus time in the nursery.
Job Duties: Schedule paid nursery staff to work in the nursery. Schedule volunteer to support the nursery staff. Coordinate with ministry directors and Youth and Family minister the child care needs of the congregation. Submit accurate timesheets in a timely manner. Communicate with Youth and Family Minister about child care issues that arise and any policy changes that need to be made. Schedule cleaning of the nursery toys on a monthly basis. Supervise the paid nursery staff. Supervise children in the nursery. Maintain and report any incidents or accidents that occur in the nursery. Conduct Nursery Staff meetings as necessary. Attend Youth and Family Ministry Meetings and staff meetings as necessary.
Job Qualifications: Faith focused and centered in God Previous experience with providing child care Organization skills Communication skills Must be 21 years of age or older Punctual Ability to maintain confidentiality Successful completion of a background check
Responsible for Supervising: Nursery staff Nursery Volunteers Infants, toddlers and children in need of care. |

Nursery Staff Worker
Time Commitment: Part-time hourly, several hours a month.
Job Duties: Supervise and care for children in the nursery, including changing diapers, comforting crying children, interacting with children, and giving them a snack/drink if necessary. Maintain and report any incidents or accidents that occur in the nursery. Communicate to Nursery Manager and/or Youth and Family Minister any child care needs or issues. Any other duties deemed necessary by the Nursery Manager or Youth and Family Minister
Job Qualifications: High school graduate or older Faith focused and centered in God Previous experience with providing child care Organization skills Communication skills Punctual Ability to maintain confidentiality Successful completion of a background check
Responsible to Supervise: Children needing care. |

Nursery Volunteer
Time Commitment: One to Three hours a month depending on the number of volunteers.
Job Duties: Supervise and care for children in the nursery, including comforting crying children, interacting with children, and giving them a snack/drink if necessary. Maintain and report any incidents or accidents that occur in the nursery. Communicate to Nursery Manager and/or Youth and Family Minister any child care needs or issues.
Job Qualifications: Jr. High youth or older. Faith focused and centered in God Previous experience with providing child care Communication skills Punctual Ability to maintain confidentiality Successful completion of a background check
