Prayer Sponsor Coordinator
Time Commitment: May through first week of August, an hour or two a week.
Job Duties: Collect names of youth going to camp over the summer and the dates and locations of the camps they are to attend. Recruit people to be prayer sponsors (see Prayer Sponsor description). Assign a youth to each prayer sponsor and provide the sponsor with information about the child going to camp about 2 weeks prior to the camp date.
Job Qualifications: Good organization skills. Someone who can get mailings out in a timely manner. Successful completion of a background check

Prayer Sponsor
Time Commitment: A few minutes a day for a week.
Job Duties: A Prayer Sponsor is a person, couple, or family who prays for a youth who is attending a Christian event. During the time the sponsored youth is at the event, the sponsor is to pray for that individual everyday. Also sometime during the week the prayer sponsor should send a letter or care package to the youth. (Campers love to get mail!) When the youth returns from the event, the prayer sponsor will contact the youth and ask him/her about the event.
Qualifications: Available, Authentic, and Affirming Faith focused and centered in God Good listening skills and attentiveness to youth Open to developing relationships with youth Responsible to mail care package in a timely manner. Can be any age Successful completion of a background check
