Youth and Family Ministry Board Director
Time Commitment: Two years (10 to 20 hours a month)
Job Duties: Directs the programs and projects of the Board of Youth and Family Ministry Involve young people in the congregation in the work of Christ Recruit congregational assistance if needed. Organize and attend the monthly Youth Board Meeting Attend the monthly church council meetings Attend programs and projects of the board Submits meeting minutes to the council. Meet with the Youth and Family Minister on a regular or as needed basis.
Job Qualifications: Available, Authentic, and Affirming Faith focused and centered in God Interest in youth and youth culture Organization skills Communication skills Must be 21 years of age or older Punctual Ability to maintain confidentiality. Successful completion of a background check
Responsible to Supervise: Youth and Family Minister, Assistant Youth Board Director, K123 Coordinator, 456 Coordinator, Jr. Luther League Coordinator, CREDO Sponsor, and College and Careers Sponsor

Assistant Youth and Family Board Director
Time Commitment: At least one year (10 hours a month)
Job Duties: Directs the programs and projects of the Board of Youth and Family Ministry in absence of the director. Involve young people in the congregation in the work of Christ Recruit congregational assistance if needed. Organize monthly Youth Board Meeting in absence of the director. Attend monthly Youth Board Meeting Attend the monthly church council meetings in absence of the director. Attend programs and projects of the board Submits meeting minutes to the council. Fills the position of Director in the position is vacated.
